MRI & Psychophysiology Data Analysis

The MRI & Psychophysiology Data Analysis Team members work in close conjunction with MCTFR researchers (i.e. PIs, post-docs, graduate students) to process the data that is collected by the MRI andPsychophysiology teams. They ensure that suitable processing is performed using the MRI and psychophysiological measures that best address the research question of interest. Members of the Analysis team may perform the necessary statistical analyses for specific projects, using the appropriate software (e.g. SPSS, MPlus, SAS). These data must be carefully screened and processed to produce the highest quality data possible as the foundation for subsequent analyses. A combination of algorithmic and manual screening is performed using the latest commercial and custom-written software. Tasks include identification and correction of artifacts, marking signals and responses of interest, and organizing processed data for subsequent analyses.
