Administration

Administration is responsible for the financial, administrative and human resources functions at the MCTFR.  This includes preparing grant proposals and budgets, preparing and reconciling credit card and purchase order transactions within the University's financial system, preparing contracts and invoices, submitting all grant-funded research publications to NIH's PubMed Central (an online open-access research database), updating PI and Co-I biosketches (bibliographies) for grant applications, answering the main phone line, purchasing supplies and software, maintaining software and printers, maintaining rosters and listservs, assisting with hires and orientation, making travel and meeting reservations, and communicating with the Psychology Department about work orders, shipping, expense reimbursements, personnel changes and expenditures.
